Smart-Ed Early Learning Center

Enrollments open for 4 year old room!

Smart-Ed Early Learning Center is a day care center for children 6 weeks to 12 years old. We participate in Maryland EXCELS Program and are currently published at Level 3.

We are an equal opportunity provider. We are committed to health and safety and well being of all attending the day care. Our staff and administration are COVID vaccinated. We provide free meals; breakfast, Lunch and afternoon snack to all our program participants.

We accept Child Care Subsidy Vouchers/WPA Vouchers which are issued to families by State/County Government Department of Health and Human Services to cover their children’s child care tuition costs. Our programs are aptly divided by age groups such as: infants, toddlers, 2 year olds, Pre-kindergarten and before & after school programs for school age children.

We understand how difficult it is to entrust your precious little ones to just any day care center. We assure you that Smart-Ed Early Learning Center is licensed by the Maryland State Department of Education. Our day care center has complied with all the important requisites in order to operate a safe and child-friendly facility. Smart-Ed Early Learning Center is well-known is a reputed day care learning center that provides excellent early childhood education programs that cater to the child’s holistic growth mentally, physically, physiologically, socially and emotionally.

Smart-Ed Early Learning Center has a perfect environment where your children can be at ease and be themselves. We believe that children should be given copious amounts of early education exposure in order to successfully tackle opportunities for holistic development.

We are more than just a place where you can drop of your kids while you go to work, we are a learning center where the active involvement of families are needed. Smart-Ed Early Learning Center believes that in order to continue your child’s education at home, family members should take part of the activities in our learning center. This will give you insight on what we do and give you updates of your little loved one.
